I wanted to recognize and commend your service advisor Chad Busse. I recently had my 2005 530 I sport in for service. Chad went out of his way to take time to explain everything to me, no matter how small a detail . In addition he goes above and beyond to insure my service experience is an excellent one. I as a former sales executive at a Fortune 500 company personally find individuals like Chad in service more important to my future car purchase criteria than all else. I've already done the survey with BMW and, of course, Cam received all 5's. As a Director of Sales, I'm always leery of salespeople's different approaches and can spot a 'canned' sales approach from a mile away. Cam doesn't come across overly aggressive but yet you know he wants your business. He is very knowledgeable of the product line and listens (rare) to your needs before trying to sell you. Six years ago when I purchased my first BMW from Cam, I was set to get another brand. The salesperson at another dealership decided I wasn't important enough and he would answer my questions back to my husband. Needless to say, he didn't get that sale! We left there and went to Hendrick's where I met Cam for the first time. He totally understood it was my car and my decision and treated me with respect. Cam is the #1 reason why I just leased my 3rd BMW through Hendrick.
I wish I could say I have enjoyed the car but I have been traveling and I think I only have 50 miles on it! I do like it though and appreciate that Cam went the extra mile to get me what I wanted.

First of all, I am thrilled with my car. It has been a life long dream of mine to own an M3 and the irony of it is that the car that I purchased had everything in it without having to place an order. My experience at Hendrick Imports was fantastic. Tim Nelson is an exceptional sales associate, enthusiastic, supportive and solution oriented. Your approach to relationship selling is fantastic. I also think that your full maintenance coverage model is something that you should highlight even more in the media. The value to the customer of this program is exceptional and really is something that in my mind that made the buying decision easier. I love my car, I have enjoyed every moment of having it.............My experience with buying my BMW was an experience..........I started out emailing 4 BMW dealers the same time, back to back, I emailed Flow BMW, Chapel Hill, Crown, and Hendrick, Hendrick was the only response that I got within the same hour, and actually within the same day, I didn't even hear back from any of the other dealers until days later and maybe even not at all............I have really enjoyed working with Barbara Koziarz, she is great.............anytime, anything that I needed she was there, if she didn't have the answer she found it within minutes, she wasn't playing.........She deserve better than a 5.............She needs to be recognized for being such a great salesperson, she is really on top of getting what her customers need, and I really appreciate that, the experience I have had with other BMW dealers, I would only recommend any of my family and friends to go to Hendrick.................

Greg Hayes is always great to work with. He is knowledgeable, helpful and knows his products. This is my 4th BMW that Greg has helped me with. All of Hendrick BMW is very helpful. Kim in the Service Department is another reason that I bought the car. Kim is the best mechanic Ive ever known and he and Greg are huge assets. Keep them happy! Thanks.

Things couldnt have gone better on Friday night. The car arrived at 6:30 and looked fabulous with the white bow! We had it parked curbside, right next to where our party was seated. We teased all evening about the lucky stiff who was getting a new BMW. For dessert the manager brought out covered plates... Jeffs contained the hat and key on the BMW fob (Thank You!!). He was stunned into silence. It was great! He was totally shocked! Needless to say, he LOVES the car. We enjoyed driving it all weekend.

This is the second BMW purchase / lease experience I have had with Hendrick. By far, this most recent lease experience was 100% more efficient and hassle free than my purchase experience in 1997.
Tim Nelson was very personable, attentive and definitely a customer advocate. He made sure that all my questions were answered, that I received the best deal on the trade of my 1998 318i, and kept in regular contact with me from the first meeting through Performance Center delivery. He definitely is at the top of the list at Hendrick, in my book.
The Performance Center delivery experience was truly, the Ultimate Experience. The staff there was exceptional, especially Willie, our delivery specialist and Donnie, our performance driving instructor. The experience was truly more than I imagined it would be. It was definitely royalty service from the time we got picked up at the airport to we pulled away to drive home. I will never take dealership delivery again. Will go out of my way to do Performance Center delivery going forward. Who knows, may even try
for European Delivery one time.
