This month, BMW means business when it comes to lease specials. Hendrick BMW has something for just about everyone. At one end of the spectrum is the 328i Sedan for $399 per month. At the opposite end is the 650i Convertible for $999 per month. In between you can lease a 328i Coupe for $469 per month, a 535i for $499 per month, a 1 Convertible for $499 per month, and the perennial favorite, 3 Convertible for $599 per month. The 2009 Z4 Has Arrived!





Wow! I just returned from driving the all-new 2009 BMW Z4 35i. The performance on this car is absolutely exhillirating. Between the Twin-Turbo 3.0l 6 Cylinder and a 7-Speed Dual Clutch Transmission, BMW's 0-60 numbers of 5.0 seconds flat are probably conservative. In fact, the 300 horsepower rating that they use on the engine itself is conservative. Back in 2007, when the engine launched on the 335i, multiple Dyno reports pegged the horsepower closer to 340. The engine has been lauded by the magazines and is a perfect fit in every application, whether you are a 335i driver, a 535i driver, or an X6 driver. Now, as the upgraded engine in the Z4, it is a marriage made in heaven.



Walking around the new Z4, BMW has addressed all of the criticisms of the previous model. First, the new vehicle is longer, the cabin has been upgraded with high-quality materials, and the design is breathtaking. Taking cues from the Z8 as well as the CS Concept for the interior, BMW has not missed a single detail. While the previous model had a heavy female customer base, BMW expects the new model to attract buyers of both sexes.

It would be better to drive to Charlotte, NC and pick it up

Mr. Effren,

I had a great experience at the dealership in Charlotte, NC.  Everyone was nice.  Jay Johnson is a superb salesperson--words can not express the professionalism shown to my family on Saturday, 04/18/09.  At first, I wanted to have that BMW shipped to Leith BMW in Raleigh, NC.

However, my husband said, "it would be better to drive to Charlotte, NC and pick it up."  I'm glad we did.  If there's anyone that needs a BMW, I'll definitely send them to Jay Johnson.  He's the best at what he does.  I work with people everyday on my job.  He's helpful, considerate, and an all-around- great person.  My husband spoke to Jay several times over the phone.   I found the car on the website and fell in love immediately.  When I was notified that the loan was approved, we decided to drive to Charlotte and pick up the car.  The car was detailed and ready when we arrived.  The whole process was taken car of in a timely fashion and we were on our way back to Enfield, NC.

BMW Diesels Qualify for Advanced Lean Burn Tax Credit


As if owning the latest technology from BMW isn't benefit enough, BMW's new 2009 335d Sedan and X5 xDrive 35d both qualify for an Internal Revenue Service Advanced Lean Burn Technology Motor Vehicle Tax Credit. The thinking behind the tax credit is to reward those consumers that own vehicles that consume less fuel and create significantly lower greenhouse gas emissions. Those customers that purchase a 2009 335d Sedan will qualify for a $900 credit and the X5 35d customers will qualify for a $1,800 tax credit. "Qualification for these tax credits is further recognition of the remarkable efficiency of our new BMW Advanced Diesel models," said Jim O'Donnell, President of BMW of North America, LLC.

In addition to the obvious tax benefits, the BMW's don't lose the performance characteristics that BMW's have been know for since their inception. With 265 horsepower and a 425 lb-ft whallop of torque, both vehicles exhibit performance nubmers that are staggering. The 3 hits 0-60 mph in 6 seconds flat while the heavier X5 requires just .9 seconds more. The 3 Series achieves 23 mpg in the city and 36 mpg on the highway, while the X5 achieves 19 mpg in the city and 26 on the highway. Hendrick BMW has a great availability of Diesels ready for immediate delivery. Frankly, its crazy, nuts, bizarre, whatever word you choose, FREE MONEY AND 0.9% FINANCING is just to good to be true! Well, as you would suspect, there is some fine print. In order to take advantage of the 0.9% Financing, you must pick a 2009 328i/xi Sedan or 528i/xi Sedan from Hendrick BMW's inventory and be prepared to take it home with you. Oh yeah, and BMW will also make your first two payments up to $750 per month or whatever your payment is (whichever is lower), for a total value of $1,500. The 0.9% rate is also good through 60 months, unlike most dealerships which offer teaser rates up to 36 months and for only those customers that literally walk on water.
