My wife and I were at your dealership yesterday and purchased the Black on Black Z4si. I just wanted to write to say that our dealings with everyone at the dealership was well above average. I initially communicated by e-mail with Cassandra Wallace, who was extremely responsive to any questions we had about availability, options, and general questions about the dealership and the Z4si. Ms. Wallace recommended that we visit the dealership last Saturday and she referred me to Cliff Spangler. Unfortunately, by the time we arrived at the dealership, it had closed. We were however able to look at the four Z4si roadsters on the lot. I was interested in the roadster we purchased, so I e-mailed Mr. Spangler. Later I found that he was out of the dealership that day, but Mr. David Effren picked up the ball and assisted me very well with all questions in a very professional manner. Eventually, my wife and I decided to visit the dealership yesterday to test drive the car and see if we could work out the purchase of the car. Upon arrival we were welcomed to the dealership by a salesperson who upon our request was able to get Mr. Effren who in turn directed us to Cam Warren to assist us with the test drive and questions. Once again your employee performed above average. Mr. Warren was courteous, responsive to questions, knew his product, and did everything we requested in the negotiation for the car. Mr. Warren was very responsive to all questions, even when we asked the same question 20 minutes later. We thank him for that as well as his professionalism in demonstrating the products features. Gregg Adler was extremely pleasant also.
Prior to visiting your dealership we had visited of course Leith in Raleigh, as well as, Crown in Greensboro, Flow in Winston-Salem, Performance in Chapel Hill not to mention the web searches in VA, SC, GA, and FL. The price point at the dealership is very important but the attitude of the employees at the dealership means a lot for us. This is our 3rd purchase of a car in the last 3 months a 07 Civic EX for our daughter, a Lexus IS-250 for my wife, and as usual I bring up the rear with the Z4si, none of which came from Raleigh due to the attitude of employees. If you are treated in an indifferent manner obviously that dealership doesn't deserve your business regardless of price. We were comfortable at your dealership with all employees we encountered, all were courteous and helpful, and made the long drive back to Raleigh better.
All that to say thank you and we hope your staff members continue to strive to serve their customers as well as we were treated.
