I just wanted to respond to your email in a positive manner because I think its important for you and your sales/support team to hear good things from a potential customer.
I did initiate an electronic transaction online and heard back from Marybeth in a very timely manner... not too fast but not too slow either. Kudos to her! She has been very helpful when it comes to providing correspondence, scheduling and information when needed. I've yet to meet her in person but please pass along my thanks!
I also stopped by on my lunch hour this week on my way between appointments without notice and was accommodated by Jeff in the sales department. Jeff was very knowledgeable and helpful and I appreciated that. He knew almost everything I could expect about the 3 series I was looking at as I compared it to the Infiniti G37. He didn't do a hard sell, rather let the car and his knowledge of the product do the selling for him and I appreciate that! Kudos to Jeff.
So far your staff has been very supportive. I only wish that the vehicle that I am truly hoping to get in to wasn't so expensive. Honestly, I'm comparing the 3 series to the G37 and price is a big factor for me. BMW would easily be the vehicle of choice if money were no object. I hope that we can work together in the future because I would like to be part of the BMW owners club soon! Please pass along my gratitude to your support team and thanks for following up!
