Actually, I went to visit Hendrick BMW this past Friday and dealt with Bryce Harman. I ended up purchasing a brand new shiny red 2008 BMW 128i convertible.
Bryce was EXCELLENT! I could not have asked for a better Salesman than Bryce. He answered every question that I asked him and if he didn't know the answer, he said he'd find out for me (and actually followed up with me with answers later that afternoon). Everything was great from the test drive to actually putting the key in the ignition and happily driving away.
