I wanted to take a moment to provide some feedback on my recent sales experience at
Hendrick BMW. I completed a purchase of a 2010 M3 yesterday with the help of Stephen Bartalini. Stephen was knowledgeable, courteous and extremely professional throughout all aspects of the transaction (which took more than a month). This was my first experience with a
BMW dealership and I feel confident saying I will be back in the future.
