I wanted you to know that I had a delightful experience working with Jeff Bitner on Saturday morning. He is a very pleasant and knowledgeable guy who took care of all my needs very well.

Jeff tempted me with the M5 (Lord, was it tempting!), but in the end I decided that I would always drive that car with a guilty conscience, which clearly isn't the way to enjoy an M5. In the end, I decided to go with the 335 hardtop convertible. I'll take a look at the M3 when the convertible is ready for prime time.

In praise of European delivery

Happy new year to you and your staff.
In September I collected a BMW 335i in Munich and had a fabulous week in Switzerland. I sent Greg Hayes some pictures of our new car under various spectacular mountains.

I just wanted to thank you we enjoyed the whole experience and would recommend it to anyone. Feel free to use our pictures in any campaign you want, we have a professional level Olympus digital camera which is used for our professional ad shots for our Kitchen and Bath design company. I have about 30 different pictures if you would like to see any more.

2008 BMW Z4, the Ultimate Sports Car!


The 2008 BMW Z4 is the company's only two-seat sports car. The car's sharp reflexes and quick acceleration are its unique features. The Z4 is available as a roadster with a convertible top or a fixed-roof coupe. The roadster is available in 3.0i and 3.0si trim levels. I just wanted to respond to your email in a positive manner because I think its important for you and your sales/support team to hear good things from a potential customer.


I did initiate an electronic transaction online and heard back from Marybeth in a very timely manner... not too fast but not too slow either. Kudos to her! She has been very helpful when it comes to providing correspondence, scheduling and information when needed. I've yet to meet her in person but please pass along my thanks!


I also stopped by on my lunch hour this week on my way between appointments without notice and was accommodated by Jeff in the sales department. Jeff was very knowledgeable and helpful and I appreciated that. He knew almost everything I could expect about the 3 series I was looking at as I compared it to the Infiniti G37. He didn't do a hard sell, rather let the car and his knowledge of the product do the selling for him and I appreciate that! Kudos to Jeff.


So far your staff has been very supportive. I only wish that the vehicle that I am truly hoping to get in to wasn't so expensive. Honestly, I'm comparing the 3 series to the G37 and price is a big factor for me. BMW would easily be the vehicle of choice if money were no object. I did end up buying a BMW from you- at the 11th hour no less due to the follow up with Mary Beth. I had put down a deposit on another vehicle and told her why- color of exterior/ interior and less mileage. She definitely was actively listening as she call me back 20 minutes later with a vehicle that was perfect for me. The car is perfect and the service from Hendrick BMW exceeded my expectations. Jeff and Brant were so great to work with and I have already told many neighbors and friends about them. Steve and Dick were great as well.

The next BMW legend, the 1 Series Coupe, represents the core BMW philosophies of pure performance and premium design. Black on Black Z4si


Mr. Desmond,

My wife and I were at your dealership yesterday and purchased the Black on Black Z4si. I just wanted to write to say that our dealings with everyone at the dealership was well above average. I initially communicated by e-mail with Cassandra Wallace, who was extremely responsive to any questions we had about availability, options, and general questions about the dealership and the Z4si. Ms. Wallace recommended that we visit the dealership last Saturday and she referred me to Cliff Spangler. Unfortunately, by the time we arrived at the dealership, it had closed. We were however able to look at the four Z4si roadsters on the lot. I was interested in the roadster we purchased, so I e-mailed Mr. Spangler. Later I found that he was out of the dealership that day, but Mr. David Effren picked up the ball and assisted me very well with all questions in a very professional manner. Eventually, my wife and I decided to visit the dealership yesterday to test drive the car and see if we could work out the purchase of the car. Upon arrival we were welcomed to the dealership by a salesperson who upon our request was able to get Mr. Effren who in turn directed us to Cam Warren to assist us with the test drive and questions. Once again your employee performed above average. Mr. Warren was courteous, responsive to questions, knew his product, and did everything we requested in the negotiation for the car. Mr. Warren was very responsive to all questions, even when we asked the same question 20 minutes later. We thank him for that as well as his professionalism in demonstrating the products features. Gregg Adler was extremely pleasant also.


Prior to visiting your dealership we had visited of course Leith in Raleigh, as well as, Crown in Greensboro, Flow in Winston-Salem, Performance in Chapel Hill not to mention the web searches in VA, SC, GA, and FL. The price point at the dealership is very important but the attitude of the employees at the dealership means a lot for us. This is our 3rd purchase of a car in the last 3 months a 07 Civic EX for our daughter, a Lexus IS-250 for my wife, and as usual I bring up the rear with the Z4si, none of which came from Raleigh due to the attitude of employees. If you are treated in an indifferent manner obviously that dealership doesn't deserve your business regardless of price. We were comfortable at your dealership with all employees we encountered, all were courteous and helpful, and made the long drive back to Raleigh better.


All that to say thank you and we hope your staff members continue to strive to serve their customers as well as we were treated.

I bought the BMW

Hi David,


Thank you for emailing. I did purchase a BMW yesterday from your dealership- I really appreciate the prompt email response from Mary Beth- she was very nice to deal with. Frank King was my salesman. I think that he is the most outstanding car salesman that I have ever dealt with, and he was the sole reason that I bought the BMW. I had test drove a Volvo XC-90 the day before and own/love my Volvo. I have also looked at the Mercedes dealership on South Blvd before coming to you. Frank presented all the stats, options, safety, warranty advantages to BMW. He laid it out in a way that was easy to understand- after that, it was clear that the BMW was the best option for my needs. He is very easy to deal with and extremely efficient- I really appreciate the fact that you hire true professionals.


I have asked Frank to send me business cards and info. I am a Real Estate Broker in North and South Carolina and would like to refer my clients in need of a car to Frank.
