Our Recent Z4 Purchase on Saturday

Dear Mike Hemphill,

When we ventured into the Pre-Owned Lot at Hendrick BMW this past Saturday afternoon, we never expected that we would be driving home in a Z4. I cannot tell you how helpful, professional, and fun it was to have you be a part of our purchase. Without a doubt, you provided us with all the necessary information, permitted us to endlessly test drive the car (multiple drivers = multiple test drives), and above all, did not pressure us in anyway to "make the sale".

Thank you for showing us that YOU are the proof that Hendrick BMW provides outstanding customer service and satisfaction. Thank you for the BMW "goodie bag", and for the enthusiasm you have for your job! It shows!!

We know that on Saturday, Hendrick BMW was very crowded and busy with potential buyers, and we appreciate your taking the time to talk to us not only about the 2007 Z4, but also about Pittsburgh -- and about golf. It is for sure that Tom and Maret know who to call when they need another person for a round of 18.

Tom has been "in" the car ever since we left the Lot -- and I am not sure that he will let any of us other drivers enjoy "the ultimate driving experience". I know that he will be bringing our white X3 in for service this coming Saturday, and I know that he plans to see you then.

Dear Jeff,

I have had my 2010 X5 48i for just over a month now and wanted to write thank you for everything that you did to help me with this purchase. The situation with this vehicle was a little different that with Tonya's 328i convertible that I bought last year from the inventory at the dealership as my X5 was a "special build" that I took delivery from at the Performance Center in Greenville, SC.

I was a little nervous during the "build" process since I was only able to vaguely see the options on the BMW website as I was building my X5. I really appreciate all of the time that you gave me as well as the prompt email responses when I had questions. I also am really grateful that you took the time and allowed me to compare some of the options and paint colors that were available to me while I was building my X5 by looking at some of the X5's that you already had at the dealership. Your help with adding the illuminated door sills, and the towing package at the Performance Center as well as the window tinting and inspection at the dealership was much appreciated. You have a wonderful knowledge of the custom "build" process which made the entire purchasing experience much easier.

Thank you for the suggestion and information about taking delivery of my new X5 at the Performance Center. I had a fantastic time, learned a lot, and would highly recommend it to anyone "building" their own BMW. Everything turned out just perfect, and I am loving my new vehicle! Thanks again for going "above and beyond" to help me with everything.

Great Sales Experience at Hendrick BMW

I wanted to take a moment to provide some feedback on my recent sales experience at Hendrick BMW. I completed a purchase of a 2010 M3 yesterday with the help of Stephen Bartalini. Stephen was knowledgeable, courteous and extremely professional throughout all aspects of the transaction (which took more than a month). This was my first experience with a BMW dealership and I feel confident saying I will be back in the future.
