We bought a X3 BMW last Saturday and were extremely pleased with the entire experience. When we left home Saturday morning, our plan was to test drive cars at several dealerships, starting with Hendrick BMW. We worked with Jeff Bitner, who was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and after test driving the X3 we quickly decided it was the perfect car for us. We owned a BMW several years ago, and are thrilled to once again have a BMW in our lives.

BMW 335 Hardtop Convertible

John,

I wanted you to know that I had a delightful experience working with Jeff Bitner on Saturday morning. He is a very pleasant and knowledgeable guy who took care of all my needs very well.

Jeff tempted me with the M5 (Lord, was it tempting!), but in the end I decided that I would always drive that car with a guilty conscience, which clearly isn't the way to enjoy an M5. In the end, I decided to go with the 335 hardtop convertible. I'll take a look at the M3 when the convertible is ready for prime time.
