Center of Excellence 6th consecutive year

Earlier this week BMW of North America, LLC announced the names of its top performing dealerships in the U.S. This year, 24 out of 338 BMW dealers nationwide were awarded the “2010 Center of Excellence” (COE). The Centers were selected based on the criteria of customer satisfaction, outstanding brand representation, operational excellence and profitability.

Hendrick BMW of Charlotte, North Carolina was one of the dealerships awarded the “2010 Center of Excellence,” marking the 6th consecutive year that the Center has received the honor. Hendrick BMW’s ability to demonstrate that BMW performance goes beyond the road has helped build its reputation as one of the top performing dealerships in the country.

“All BMW dealerships offer a premium experience to our customers, but the 24 Center of Excellence winners excelled in the way they take care of their customers and represent the BMW brand,” said Peter Miles, Executive Vice President of Operations, BMW of North America, LLC. “It’s a highly coveted award and our top dealers worked hard all year to achieve this high honor – we congratulate them.”

BMW Awards Highest Honors to Hendrick BMW

WOODCLIFF LAKE, New Jersey, March 2008 – Hendrick BMW has won the prestigious 2008 Center of Excellence Award, presented annually by BMW of North America to recognize sales leadership with the highest level of customer satisfaction. The award is presented to only 31 of the 338 BMW centers nationwide.

The Center of Excellence Award recognizes the entire team at Hendrick BMW for providing extraordinary client care and for demonstrating a high level of excitement and enthusiasm for the BMW brand. BMW customers nationwide are given an opportunity to evaluate their sales and service experience at BMW dealerships via an independent survey. Survey results were used to select the 31 BMW centers nationwide for this outstanding honor.
