Jay Johnson and BMW Hendrick in Charlotte were very easy to work with. Jay offered terms to me over the phone since we came up from Charleston, SC and delivered as promised! We were very happy with the service and professionalism. The finance manager, Brant Bezila, was also a joy to work with. We will absolutely continue to work with your team even though we live 3 hours away.

I had a great experience at the dealership in Charlotte, NC.  Everyone was nice.  Jay Johnson is a superb salesperson--words can not express the professionalism shown to my family on Saturday, 04/18/09.  At first, I wanted to have that BMW shipped to Leith BMW in Raleigh, NC.

However, my husband said, "it would be better to drive to Charlotte, NC and pick it up."  I'm glad we did.  If there's anyone that needs a BMW, I'll definitely send them to Jay Johnson.  He's the best at what he does.  I work with people everyday on my job.  He's helpful, considerate, and an all-around- great person.  My husband spoke to Jay several times over the phone.   I found the car on the website and fell in love immediately.  When I was notified that the loan was approved, we decided to drive to Charlotte and pick up the car.  The car was detailed and ready when we arrived.  The whole process was taken car of in a timely fashion and we were on our way back to Enfield, NC.

Thanks for allowing me a chance to express my feelings about my experience with this dealership and the professionalism that was shown to me by Jay Johnson.  He's really the BEST!!!!
