Awesome Sales Experience @ Hendrick BMW

I wanted to take a moment to provide some feedback on my recent sales experience at Hendrick BMW. I completed a purchase of a 2010 M3 yesterday with the help of Stephen Bartalini. Stephen was knowledgeable, courteous and extremely professional throughout all aspects of the transaction (which took more than a month). This was my first experience with a BMW dealership and I feel confident saying I will be back in the future.

Great Experience, Most Fun I've Had...

Thanks for your note. I have to tell you that this is about the most fun I've had since I can remember...and since I'm at least at 'mid-life', I can remember a lot! Stephen, I thank you too, for your perfect suggestion, expert advice, patience throughout my decision making process, tremendous teaching skills, and really your whole approach to selling cars. Don't know if I dare put this in written form, but from the customer perspective this was a great experience. My best to you and yours for a fantastic holiday season. Oh, and I won't leave all the rubber on the pavement, or at least not all in one place.

Just a quick note to let you know about my experience with my recent purchase of a white 328.
This is my 3rd Hendrick BMW car and my 2nd one that I purchased/leased with the help of Stephen Bartalini. The first time I worked w/ him happened by chance when my husband and I walked in one Saturday afternoon and left with a new car. This time I contacted Stephen myself and asked for his assistance. Obviously he was happy to help me and did so in a professional yet relaxed manner. I wasn't sure what I wanted so we looked at a couple of options and finally decided on the gorgeous white one w/ black leather.
I have nothing but good things to say about your organization and especially Stephen Bartalini. I will continue to refer people there and to him. It's been a great pleasure working w/ Stephen and your team at Hendrick.
Lastly, I met you the other night at Ilios Noche and want to thank you again for paying for our meal. It was not necessary but very much appreciated. I'm sure we'll see you there soon. We're there quite often, great food and more importantly great people such as Frank and Stratos.
