Great Sales Experience at Hendrick BMW

I wanted to take a moment to provide some feedback on my recent sales experience at Hendrick BMW. I completed a purchase of a 2010 M3 yesterday with the help of Stephen Bartalini. Stephen was knowledgeable, courteous and extremely professional throughout all aspects of the transaction (which took more than a month). This was my first experience with a BMW dealership and I feel confident saying I will be back in the future.

Great Experience, Most Fun I've Had...

Hello Stephen,

Thanks for your note. I have to tell you that this is about the most fun I've had since I can remember...and since I'm at least at 'mid-life', I can remember a lot! Stephen, I thank you too, for your perfect suggestion, expert advice, patience throughout my decision making process, tremendous teaching skills, and really your whole approach to selling cars. Don't know if I dare put this in written form, but from the customer perspective this was a great experience. My best to you and yours for a fantastic holiday season. Oh, and I won't leave all the rubber on the pavement, or at least not all in one place.

Superb Experience at Hendrick BMW

Not only did I receive a timely response, I paid Hendrick BMW a visit on Saturday, 20 June and purchases a 2009 335i BMW. My experience with Hendrick BMW was superb. As I stated to my sales representative, Mr. Constantine Panayotidis, my experience with Hendrick was much better than my previous two experiences with the BMW store in Columbia, SC.

BMW Excellent Customer Service - White Bow Treatment

Things couldn't have gone better on Friday night.

The car arrived at 6:30 and looked fabulous with the white bow! We had it parked curbside, right next to where our party was seated. We teased all evening about the lucky stiff who was getting a new BMW. For dessert the manager brought out covered plates... Jeff's contained the hat and key on the BMW fob (Thank You!!). He was stunned into silence. It was great! He was totally shocked! Needless to say, he LOVES the car. We enjoyed driving it all weekend.

Thank you again for helping me pull this together - it's been a GREAT experience.
