Great Sales Experience at Hendrick BMW

I wanted to take a moment to provide some feedback on my recent sales experience at Hendrick BMW. I completed a purchase of a 2010 M3 yesterday with the help of Stephen Bartalini. Stephen was knowledgeable, courteous and extremely professional throughout all aspects of the transaction (which took more than a month). This was my first experience with a BMW dealership and I feel confident saying I will be back in the future.

I am very pleased to let you know about my recent experience with your company. This is my third purchase of a BMW and by far the most pleasant. The Hendrick BMW staff was very professional, knowledgeable and exemplified the true meaning of customer service and satisfaction. From my first contact with your company to the final purchase I knew I had made the right decision to make the two and half hour drive to Charlotte.

I would like to personally commend the employees with whom I had contact. Barbara in customer service, Chad in Pre-Owned, Frank King who sold me the car and Dick Hoppe in Finance. Your BMW Dealership should be very proud to have such dedicated and welcoming employees.

I was so impressed with your company that I have already recommended your dealership to some of my own clients and fellow realtors. I only regret that your dealership is not closer to Asheville. However, when I am ready to make my next BMW purchase you can be sure that I will gladly make the trip to Charlotte.
