ALTERNATIVE TRANSPORTATION COURTESY SHUTTLE
Hendrick BMW Courtesy Shuttle Service is available for customers needing a ride to their home or business within the Charlotte area. The shuttle promptly departs from the dealership at 8:15 and 10:00 a.m. Monday thru Friday.
EARLY BIRD/NIGHT OWL SERVICE
Early bird and night owl service is available for customers who need to drop their vehicle off for service when the dealership is closed. Simply complete the information on the night drop envelope, park the vehicle in the designated area, seal the car keys inside the envelope, and drop it thru the slot in the service entrance door. Our service professionals will attend to the vehicle when the dealership opens.
CUSTOMER LOUNGE
Our customer lounge includes a television, magazines, work stations, telephones, data ports, complimentary coffee, vending, and comfortable seating for your convenience while your vehicle is being serviced.
