Our Extended Service Agreement
Peace of Mind Is Just a Phone Call Away
When you buy your vehicle from Hendrick BMW, you receive a Manufacturer's Limited Warranty along with our commitment to taking care of you and your vehicle throughout the lifetime of your car. These warranties depend on the specific make and model of your car, and the most common Manufacturer's Limited Warranty coverage package covers your vehicle for 36,000 miles and 36 months. Beyond these guidelines, the owner is responsible for major repairs on the vehicle, and that's where we come in.
Our Extended Service Agreement helps to protect you further, and can help you avoid costly repairs down the road, including transmission replacement and other high cost repairs. If you're interested in being protected against the cost of unexpected repairs, contact Hendrick BMW today and we'll be happy to answer your questions and start on the program enrollment process.
This plan offers you peace of mind with 24 Hour Roadside Service. 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, in both U.S. and Canada, you'll get:
With this plan, you're also provided with substitute transportation. This means that you will receive rental reimbursement any time that a covered component fails and your vehicle will have to remain at the repairing facility overnight. For specific vehicle allowances, please refer to your extended service agreement.
Can't Decide? Consider These Facts:
While the warranty that you get from your vehicle's manufacturer is very comprehensive and covers most parts and repairs, it does come to an end. It can't prevent you from paying expensive repair bill once you've left its coverage, and you are at risk for incurring expensive car repair bills, most of which will be unexpected.
The older your vehicle, the more expensive and risky vehicle repairs become. For example, the average expense per repair visit for a one year old vehicle is under $100, but for a six year old vehicle, that amount skyrockets to more than $700.
Every year, vehicles are produced with more sophisticated technology. This technology helps to improve your vehicle's performance, safety, and comfort, and while these innovations do increase the car's reliability, they can fail. When these high-tech components stop functioning properly, they require complex and costly repairs to be made.
